תּוֹרָה צב עַל־יְדֵי מַה שֶּׁהָאָדָם נָע וָנָד אֲפִלּוּ בְּתוֹךְ בֵּיתוֹ, יָכוֹל לְהַמְתִּיק הַדִּינִים וּלְהַחֲיוֹת מֵתִים (עַיֵּן פְּנִים): [וְהוּא עִנְיָן הִתְעַלּוּת נְשָׁמוֹת הַנִּדָּחוֹת עַל־יְדֵי שֶׁהַצַּדִּיק נָע וָנָד הַמְּבֹאָר בְּמָקוֹם אַחֵר. כִּי זֶה הוּא גַּם־כֵּן עִנְיָן תְּחִיַּת הַמֵּתִים, "דְנְפִילָה מִיתָה מִקְּרֵי"].

Through a person wandering and journeying [na v'nad] — even within his own home — he can sweeten the judgments and revive the dead (see the main text). [This is the matter of the elevation of rejected souls through the Tzadik wandering about — as explained elsewhere. For this is also the matter of the resurrection of the dead — ""falling is called death.""]
