And therefore — may it be the will before You, Hashem our G‑d and G‑d of our fathers: that we merit through clapping of hands in prayer to thereby stir the holy wings [kenafayim kedoshim] — which are the wings of the lung [kanfei re'ah]. To bring forth complete and holy utterances before You in our prayer and supplication and request. And through the striking of the five fingers of the right hand against the five fingers of the left hand — and the five fingers of the left hand against the five of the right hand — through this may we merit to stir above the striking of the lights one against the other; until the lights are absorbed together. And may the fifty gates of Binah [chamishim sha'arei Binah] be stirred — which is the great Jubilee [yovel hagadol]. And through this may we merit to a complete redemption in the physical and the spiritual — and to bring the holy speech out of exile. And may we merit through this to make and prepare and repair a holy mouth to receive the utterances within it; in such a manner that we merit to always pray and entreat before You with a full mouth and with holy and complete utterances in great holiness and purity. And may our words ascend for favor before the Throne of Your Glory — and may You fulfill all our requests for good with mercy.
