משיבת נפש - Meshivas Nefesh
אַף עַל פִּי שֶׁצָּרִיךְ הָאָדָם לְהִזְדָּרֵז בַּעֲבוֹדָתוֹ יִתְבָּרַךְ וְלִפְרעַ חוֹבַת כָּל יוֹם וָיוֹם בִּזְמַנּוֹ דַּיְקָא בַּעֲבוֹדַת הַשֵּׁם, אַף עַל פִּי כֵן צָרִיךְ גַּם כֵּן לְהִתְחַזֵּק מְאד לְהַמְתִּין וּלְצַפּוֹת לִישׁוּעַת הַשֵּׁם אַף עַל פִּי שֶׁהוּא רוֹאֶה, שֶׁעֲדַיִן הוּא רָחוֹק לְגַמְרֵי מֵעֲבוֹדַת הַשֵּׁם, אַף עַל פִּי כֵן לא יַרְפֶּה יָדָיו חַס וְשָׁלוֹם, מִלְּהוֹחִיל וּלְהַמְתִּין לִישׁוּעַת הַשֵּׁם תָּמִיד וְעַל יְדֵי זֶה דַּיְקָא יִזְכֶּה לִשְׁלֵמוּת יְשׁוּעָתוֹ, [עַיֵּן כָּל זֶה יִרְאָה אוֹת קמ"ד פֶּסַח וּסְפִירָה אוֹת ק"ס]
Even though a person must be diligent in his divine service and fulfill each day's obligations in its proper time — even so one must also strengthen himself greatly to wait and hope for the salvation of Hashem, even though he sees that he is still entirely distant from divine service. Even so he should not slacken his hands from hoping and waiting for Hashem's salvation always — and through this specifically he will merit perfect salvation.
