תּוֹרָה קח

When a person prays properly with attachment — or conducts hisbodidus properly — and in the middle falls from his level — this is drawn from a blemish of faith. And then he must break his heart within himself — and be ashamed before himself for having fallen and been cast from heaven to earth. And he should have mercy on himself until he sighs over this. And through the sigh he will return to his level.
