There is a Name — "Sal" [סא"ל] — that emerges from the verse ""You are my hiding place"" ["Atah Saiter Li", Psalms 32:7]. And when the Holy One, blessed be He, wishes to save a person from a death-decree issued against him — and to hide and cover him from the accuser — He hides and covers him with this Name. And the accuser seeks a place where he can enter beneath the cover and the hiding. But as soon as he looks upon him — he has no power — because of this Name. One must pause between the word ""Atah Saiter Li"" and the word ""mi-tzar"" — so as not to form the combination of the Name "Samael" — G-d forbid (see the main text).
