Through conflict — it is difficult to pray and speak words of holiness. Therefore before prayer — one must accept upon oneself the positive commandment of ""and you shall love your neighbour as yourself"" — in order to draw love and peace. For the primary speech is from peace. All words come from warmth. And one who has much warmth in holiness — speaks much before Hashem Yisborach (see the main text).
