Likutay Moharan II, Torah 45: Regarding People Who Want to Travel to the True Tzadik Regarding people who want and prepare themselves several times to travel to the true tzadik [righteous one] and afterward have menios [obstacles] and are prevented, know that Shabbos [Sabbath] is the inner point, and from it, all the six days draw sustenance, which are the aspect of the circles around the point, as it is written in the Zohar ( Vayakhel 204). And the kelipos [husks, forces of evil] lead the wicked around the point, in the aspect of: “The wicked walk around” (Psalms 12:9), and they do not allow them to approach within to the inner point. And as long as they are still within the circles, there is still hope for them to approach, even for the sinners of Israel, as long as they have not completely left the circles, heaven forbid, there is still hope for them to approach the inner point. But one who has already completely left the circles, heaven forbid, such as apostates, then it is impossible for him to approach at all. And the tzadik is the aspect of Shabbos, the aspect of the inner point, from which everything draws sustenance, as brought.
