G‑d, G‑d of the spirits of all flesh [ Numbers 16:22 ] — Who rules over the upper and the lower; in Whose hand are the souls of the living and the dead; in Whose hand is the soul of every living being and the spirit of all human flesh. Have compassion upon me through Your abundant mercies; and give me a good spirit, a steadfast spirit, a spirit of holy life. Grant me merit to draw upon me a spirit of true holy life from the true tzadikim — for they are our life and the length of our days. Grant me merit through Your great compassion to draw close to them and to stand before them to serve them and attend to them and to do all their needs. And may I be bound to them in truth with a great and complete bond of attachment — like branches to a tree; until I merit to feel in myself all their ascents and descents at every time. And may we merit, when the time comes for them to depart from the world — after many long days and years — to stand beside them at the moment when their holy soul ascends on high; in such a manner that we merit to receive a double portion; and may there be upon us, please, a double portion in their spirit. Master of the Universe — I have been bold to ask; but You are good and do good; and You have opened our ear through Your true tzadikim to pray for this. Therefore Your servant has found his heart to pray before You for all these things; for You have already promised us with many promises that You will surely complete Your will and Your desire with us — to bring us to the ultimate completeness and to draw us close to You in truth as befits You; not according to our deeds and not according to our actions. Therefore as long as our soul and spirit are within us, we shall prostrate ourselves and entreat before You, Hashem our G‑d and G‑d of our fathers — G‑d of all the tzadikim : answer us; and help us and grant us merit to begin and to complete and to bring from potential to actuality all that we need for the service of Hashem in truth; until we merit to be as Your good will truly desires all our days forever.
And therefore have compassion upon me and grant me merit to truth in the ultimate completeness; and may You pour upon me all my livelihood from Your wide and full hand. And guard me and save me that I not be dependent upon creatures in any matter in the world — that I not require their livelihood. And may I have no desire at all for any honor or boasting or self-aggrandizement or self-importance or appointment whatsoever. Rather all my trust and my reliance and my hope shall be in You alone; in You I shall trust and lean always, for You will never forsake me. And may You give me all my livelihood needs and all my wants in expansiveness before I need them, from beneath Your holy hand; and do not compel me to depend either on the gifts of flesh and blood or on their loans. And have compassion upon a poor and destitute one such as I, who is far from livelihood such as I am; and help me speedily — hasten to clear and to pay all the loans and debts which I owe up to now. Our Father, merciful and righteous, Shepherd of Israel — Who gives bread to all flesh, for His lovingkindness is forever [ Psalms 136:25 ]: open Your hand to the poor and destitute and lowly one such as I; and fill for me all my wants in the material and in the spiritual. And help me speedily to clear all the debts I have owed for some time; for they have entwined themselves and climbed upon my neck and weakened my strength; and I do not know what to do — and may You save me from now from debts and loans. Have compassion upon me for Your Name's sake and fill my requests for good with compassion; and give me my livelihood from You with expansiveness and not in constriction; in the permitted and not the forbidden; with ease and not with pain; in such a manner that I merit to do Your will in truth. And may I merit that all my service and my prayer be truly in complete truth — without any falsehoods and ulterior motives at all; and may I not intend through any voice or movement in my prayer on account of any person, G‑d forbid; and may I not cover falsehood with truth and not deceive myself, G‑d forbid; rather may I merit to pray all my prayer truly and completely for Your Name alone — as Your good will desires in truth. Master of the Universe — Hashem G‑d of truth, Who desires truth and is close to those who call upon Him in truth: rise up to help me; and give me strength and might and wisdom and understanding and intellect and counsel — in such a manner that I merit to shatter and nullify and remove from me all the alien thoughts and all the falsehoods and all the ulterior motives that come upon the mind during the time of prayer to confuse my prayer, G‑d forbid. For You know the immense multitude of impediments without measure that impede and obstruct my prayer — and especially when I stand and pray among the public, among many people; for then many ulterior motives and falsehoods fall upon me without measure; and I do not know what to do or what to accomplish — for my desire and longing is very strong to pray truly in complete truth for Hashem alone. Yet what can I do when my sins cause such great and very numerous ulterior motives and confusions to come upon me and confuse my prayer very greatly with many and various alien thoughts and confusions that are beyond number. And against my will there arise upon my mind many many coarse and subtle, revealed and hidden ulterior motives — in many many aspects and in many different forms that cannot be enumerated. And every single day and in every single prayer new and strengthened ulterior motives and confusions and other alien thoughts arise — and even when I pray alone, great ulterior motives come upon my mind; and all the more so when I stand and pray among many people and in particular in another town and another place; for then the ulterior motives and confusions become much much stronger; until I am unable to speak even one word of the prayer as it should be in complete truth. Have compassion and pity and mercy upon me and help me and grant me complete truth — that I not be at all dependent upon creatures in any manner or aspect in the world; that I have no desire or longing for the honor of people nor for their praises and their boasting; nor for their money; nor for any matter in the world whatsoever. And may I not place my trust, G‑d forbid, in any person at all; rather may I know and believe in true and complete truth that everything is from You; and the wealth and the honor are from before You and You rule over all [ I Chronicles 29:12 ]. All flesh is grass and all its glory is like the flower of the field [ Isaiah 40:6 ]; and what can a person do to me? And may I merit to truly fulfill the verse: Do not trust in princes, in a son of man in whom there is no salvation; his spirit departs, he returns to his earth — on that day his thoughts perish. Fortunate is he whose help is the G‑d of Yaakov, whose hope is in Hashem his G‑d [ Psalms 146:3–5 ]. And it is written: Blessed is the man who trusts in Hashem — and Hashem shall be his trust [ Jeremiah 17:7 ]. Trust in Hashem forever — for in G‑d, Hashem , is an everlasting Rock [ Isaiah 26:4 ]. And those who know Your Name shall trust in You — for You have not forsaken those who seek You, Hashem [ Psalms 9:11 ]. Help me and save me that I not deceive myself and not cover falsehood with truth, G‑d forbid — that there be no power for the baal davar [adversary] and the klippos [husks] to create circumstances in my mind through their plots and their schemes, and through their ways of crookedness — to roll about and to thrust themselves upon my mind to make some movement or clapping of hands or the like; or to utter some voice and speech on account of some ulterior motive, G‑d forbid; and to mislead me, G‑d forbid, as if I truly need to do this. Far be it from me to do such a thing; Hashem , be my helper; and restrain and prevent me from all manner of ulterior motives and falsehoods — both from those of complete falsehood for the actual vainglory of people or for their money, G‑d forbid; and also from those ulterior motives that are plated with truth. I will set no worthless thing before my eyes; I hate the work of crooked ones — it shall not cling to me. A twisted heart shall depart from me; I shall not know evil. One who acts deceitfully shall not dwell within my house; one who speaks falsehoods shall not be established before my eyes [ Psalms 101:3–7 ]. Rather may I merit that all my intentions and movements in my prayer be only for Your great Name alone — truly and completely as Your good will desires; until I merit to truth as You desire it. And through this may we merit to draw illumination from the World to Come to this world; that truth be revealed in this world as it will be revealed in the future to come on the great and awesome Day of Judgment on which You will judge Your world — small and great alike; for You shall come into judgment with all flesh; and You are destined to exact din and account from us; and to judge us for each and every matter, for each and every detail, for every great and small thing; for You do not waive anything at all — and then nothing small shall be waived; for G‑d shall bring every deed to judgment, even every hidden thing, whether it be good or whether it be bad [ Ecclesiastes 12:14 ]; and all shall be recalled to a person then. For You recall all the deeds of the world and remember all creatures of old; before You all hidden things and multitudes of primordial secrets are revealed; there is no forgetting before the Throne of Your Glory; and nothing is hidden from before Your eyes; You recall all the acts; and every creature is not concealed from You; everything is revealed and known before You, Hashem our G‑d; You observe and behold to the end of all generations; for You shall bring a statute of remembrance that every spirit and soul be counted; to recall many deeds and multitudes of creatures without end; from the beginning You made this known and from before revealed it. Who shall not be remembered on that great and awesome day? For great is the day of Hashem and very awesome — none is like it; and who can contain it? For the memory of every creature shall be recalled before You then; the deeds of each person and his schemes and the inclinations of each person's acts. Fortunate is the person who does not forget You — and the son of man who strives for You; for those who seek You shall never stumble; and all who take shelter in You shall never be ashamed forever. For the remembrance of all deeds comes before You and You inquire into the deeds of all. And then all shall see the greatness of the true tzadikim and the upright and all who cleave to them — their splendor and their radiance and their glory and the precious beauty of their greatness. Fortunate are they; fortunate is their portion. How great is Your goodness that You have stored up for those who fear You [ Psalms 31:20 ]. Eye has not seen, besides You O G‑d, what He will do for one who waits for Him [ Isaiah 64:3 ]. For the essential greatness of the sublime glory of the holiness of the true and upright sons of Israel shall be seen then on that great Day of Judgment; as it is written: Then you shall return and see the difference between the righteous and the wicked; between one who serves G‑d and one who does not serve Him [ Malachi 3:18 ]. And then the very essence of truth shall be revealed in the world; and You shall reward each one according to his judgment — through the attribute of truth that cannot tolerate the wicked and those who hate and pursue Your people Israel who fear You and are wholehearted with You. And then through this all who come into the world shall return to You and to Your service; and all flesh shall call out in Your Name — as it is written: For then I shall transform for the peoples a pure language — for all to call in the Name of Hashem to serve Him with one accord [ Zephaniah 3:9 ].

Grant us merit — full of mercy — even now to the attribute of truth in completeness; and may we merit to truth truly as Your good will desires; and may truth be revealed in this world — until there be a downfall for the wicked in this world as well; as there will be in the future to come through the revelation of truth; until they all return to Your service; and all call upon Your Name in truth; and the holy speech shall be completed in ultimate completeness; and may we merit to draw the completeness of speech from the World to Come [ alma d'atei ] to this world. And therefore grant us merit and help us that we merit to make holy points [ nekudos kedoshos ] for the holy speech; and may we merit to bring forth speech from the straits of the throat; until through the completeness of holy speech we merit to bring from potential to actuality all the service and all the holy matters that we need to do. For You know the immense multitude of impediments that we have from all the holy matters that we need to do — and there is no holy matter whatsoever for which we do not have many impediments; and especially when we need to do a great thing upon which all of our Jewishness depends — which is to truly draw close to the true tzadikim ; and all the more so when one wishes to draw close to the point of truth among the tzadikim — for then the impediments and obstacles upon us multiply and strengthen very greatly beyond measure and reckoning; they spread and block before us very greatly; and they are unwilling to let us draw close to the point of truth. But You have already made known to us that in truth there is no impediment in the world at all; and all the impediments exist only for the sake of longing — so that the longing and the yearning and the desire to do Your will shall strengthen more and more. And the more the impediments strengthen — one must strengthen oneself so that the longing be ever greater and greater; so that through the intensification of the longing all the impediments be shattered; and one merit to attain the holy desired thing. And for this have I come to beseech You, Hashem my G‑d, Who desires our good: rise up to help us and grant us merit to holy longing [ cheshek dikdushah ] — that we merit to long and to yearn and to desire and to crave for You and for Your holy service with fervent desire and great yearning in truth. And may the longing and the yearning go on increasing and strengthening and growing at every day and at every time and at every hour — until the longing strengthens in accordance with the force of the impediments that we need to shatter; until the longing prevails over the impediments; and all the impediments be nullified before the strong longing and the great yearning. And through this may we merit to make holy points for the letters to complete the holy speech; until we merit to bring from potential to actuality all the holy matters that we need to do in this world as Your good and holy will desires. And help us and grant us merit to such great and strong longing and yearning — that we not wish to exempt ourselves with the claim of the compulsion and the impediment that we have; and may we not cool our minds with the notion that we are counted as if we had acted since we wished to act but had compulsion.
ו אֲדָר
Please Hashem — help us and grant us merit that we not exempt ourselves; for we do not want to emerge with the claim of compulsion that it is thereby counted as if we had acted; for we do not desire to exempt ourselves through any impediment or compulsion; rather grant us merit and help us that we have such strong longing and yearning — that we merit through them always to bring from potential to actuality all the holy matters; and every time that we merit to arouse ourselves to do some great or small holy matter, be with us and help us and grant us merit to strong and fresh longing and yearning at every time; and let us not loosen the longing and the yearning and the desire at all; rather may we merit to strengthen and to fortify ourselves at every time to long and to crave and to desire and to yearn with a wondrous yearning and a fervent desire with a consuming of the soul; and in accordance with the force of the impediment and the compulsion — so shall the longing and the yearning strengthen more and more; until we merit to shatter all the impediments and obstacles from all the holy matters in the world; until we merit to bring from potential to actual reality all our desires in heavenly matters; and in every matter which we wish to begin in the service of Hashem — with all our heart we shall act and we shall succeed; until we merit to do in actual reality all that is Your good will in truth. And help us and grant us merit and be gracious to us that we merit to sweeten and to calm the wrath of Your anger from upon us and from all Your people the House of Israel. And help us through Your mercies and Your abundant lovingkindnesses — that we merit to speedily shatter the attribute of anger from us; and may our anger never flare for any matter in the world; rather may we merit to shatter and nullify and sweeten all manner of wrath from upon us and from all Israel; and may Your anger not smoulder against us; rather may we merit to clarify and to sweeten and to purify the smoke of the wrath; until it be transformed into a spirit of pleasantness [ ruach naicha ], a spirit of air, a spirit of holiness. And through this may the spirit of Mashiach be drawn upon us; and may You bring us our righteous Mashiach; and may he hasten and hurry to redeem us with an everlasting redemption. And through this may great holy life-force be drawn upon us — the spirit of life from above and the spirit of life from below [ ruach chayyim dil'eilla v'ruach chayyim dil'tatta ]. And may You open Your hand and satisfy us with Your will; and revive us through Your mercies; and give us our livelihoods with expansiveness before we need them; for our eyes look to You; to You alone our eyes are directed — have compassion and be gracious and have mercy upon us and save us for our eyes are upon You; and may the verse be fulfilled in us: You open Your hand and satisfy every living being with [Your] will [ Psalms 145:16 ]. And guard us and save us through Your abundant mercies from all manner of blemishes and transgressions in the world. And may we merit to contemplate three things and not come to sin — they are: from where did we come? From a putrid drop. And where are we going? To a place of dust, worms and maggots. And before Whom are we destined to give din and account? Before the King of all kings, the Holy One Blessed be He. And be with us that we merit speedily to regret and to return in truth from all the transgressions and blemishes that we have committed until now — whether unwittingly or intentionally, under compulsion or willingly — in thought, speech and deed; in potential and in actuality. For all of this — forgive and atone and pardon us, O gracious One Who abounds in forgiveness; for Your Name's sake, Hashem ; and forgive our iniquity for it is great [ Psalms 25:11 ]. And be with us from now and help us that we merit to turn from evil — to no longer transgress Your words and Your will even the slightest movement; and help us to fulfill all Your commandments with love; and to bring from potential to actuality all the holy matters which are truly Your will. And through this may we merit to draw new sustenance and life-force at every time from above to below from potential to actuality. And may all the worlds be renewed and sustained through us — through the new life-force that we merit to draw at every time from the two Yuds [ yud'in ] of Your two holy Names, which are the Essential Name and the Appellation ( yud-aleph-hay-dalet-vav-nun-hay-yud ). And may we merit to draw upon us a double portion in the spirit of the true tzadikim . Create in me a pure heart, O G‑d; and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away from before You; and Your holy spirit do not take from me. Restore to me the joy of Your salvation; and a generous spirit shall sustain me — for You are the G‑d of my salvation. Your good spirit shall guide me on a level path [ Psalms 51:12–14, 143:10 ]. Our Father, merciful Father — act for the sake of our fathers Avraham Yitzchak and Yaakov, who began to reveal Your G‑dliness in the world; and labored and toiled all their days to turn many away from iniquity and to bring the whole world close to Your service; through whose merit You chose their offspring after them from all the nations and exalted us above all tongues; and gave us Your holy Torah through Moshe Your prophet, the trusted one of Your house. Act for their sake and for the sake of all the great true tzadikim who came after them — who all labored and toiled all their days and directed all their aspirations to return to You Your children who had become distanced from You through their iniquities; to return them to You and to draw them close to Your service in truth; as You Yourself know their heart in truth and their exertion and toil and their poverty and distress and their suffering that they endured all their days for our sake.

Please Hashem — Who remembers the lovingkindnesses of the fathers: act for their sake and fulfill their desire and their will; and help them and save them that they merit to complete with us and to bring from potential to actuality all that they began and desired and yearned to do with us. Not for our sake but for Your sake and for their sake — do what You shall do through Your mercies and Your immense lovingkindnesses; in such a manner that we merit to speedily reach all that we have asked before You. And do not send us away empty-handed from before You, our King — be gracious to us and answer us and hear the voice of our prayer; for You hear the prayer of every mouth of Your people Israel with compassion. Blessed are You, Who hears prayer . May my soul be precious in Your eyes, Hashem my G‑d and G‑d of my fathers — have compassion and pity please upon the souls of Your people Israel with great mercy and great compassion; have compassion and mercy and pity upon the precious souls of Israel that are more precious than gold and fine gold; souls hewn from beneath the Throne of Your Glory; holy souls included in Your Name — called a portion of G‑d from above [ chelek Eloah mima'al ]; supernal souls in whom You delighted of old; souls that came first in thought; souls that are above all the worlds — through whom You took counsel and created the world. Let Your innards churn; let Your mercies be stirred for those who came forth from Your loins; for Your beloved and pleasant children — borne from the womb and carried from the belly [ Isaiah 46:3 ]; called by all the terms of endearment: children, brothers, companions and beloved ones. Precious souls whom You could not stop loving until You called them My daughter, My sister, My mother — as our sages of blessed memory said: He could not stop loving her until He called her My daughter — as it is said: Hear, O daughter, and see and incline your ear; and forget your people and your father's house [ Psalms 45:11 ]. He could not stop loving her until He called her My sister — as it is said: Open for me, My sister, My beloved, My dove, My perfect one [ Song of Songs 5:2 ]. He could not stop loving her until He called her My mother — as it is said: Listen to Me, My people; and My nation, give ear to Me [ Isaiah 51:4 ]. Have compassion please upon the splendid preciousness of the glory of the holiness of our souls in our supernal root — as You alone know from where our precious souls are drawn; which ascend far above all the worlds and above all the holiness of them all. And help us and grant us merit and save us through Your true graciousness — that we merit to strengthen ourselves with all our might to guard our souls with great and excellent guarding at every time; to keep it with us for long days and years in great holiness and purity — with alacrity and cleanness and purity and separation and holiness and humility and fear of sin and piety. And help and save us that we merit to distance ourselves and flee from honor in truth to the ultimate distance; and may no desire or longing or coveting for any honor whatsoever rise upon our mind. And have compassion upon us and save us always — at every time when You send us in Your mercy and Your abundant lovingkindnesses any honor; may we then merit to greatly guard ourselves and our souls not to be ensnared, G‑d forbid, by the honor in any way; and may we not receive the honor for our own sake at all; and may we make no personal use of it at all; and may no personal benefit come to us at all from the honor; rather may we merit to raise up all the honor to You alone; and to return all the honor to the King of glory — to He to Whom all honor belongs alone. And help us and guard us with the supernal guarding not to blemish the holiness of honor at all; rather may we merit to receive the honor in great holiness and purity for Your Name and Your service alone without any blemish of our desire at all. And have compassion upon us at every time when You send us new honor — may the honor not come on account of the departure of a soul, G‑d forbid; rather may we merit that the honor come to us for good and not for evil, G‑d forbid; that we merit through the honor to receive at every time new holy souls in great holiness and purity; and may our souls continually increase and grow at every time with additional light of holiness and purity; and may You send us at every time new, holy and precious souls for long and good years in Your Torah and Your service and Your fear.

And therefore have compassion upon us and save us and be in our help from now — that we merit to truly shatter the desire for eating and drinking; and may we merit to be content with the little — to eat a little in great holiness and to be satisfied with it; and to be precise about ourselves from an olive-bulk to an egg-bulk — not to eat even slightly more than the absolute necessity for the sustenance of the body; and to eat only for the sustenance of our body and to diminish the desire of our nature. And may we merit to be among the righteous who eat to satisfy their holy soul — as it is written: The righteous man eats to the satisfaction of his soul [ Proverbs 13:25 ]. Until we merit that You lift Your countenance toward us and be gracious to us — as it is written: Hashem shall lift His countenance upon you and give you peace [ Numbers 6:26 ]. And may we merit to draw the illumination of the face [ harat panim ] upon the holy honor [ kavod dikdushah ]. And save us and all Your people the House of Israel from brazenness and from impudence; and may You raise up and remove the honor from the brazen-faced ones of the generation; and may they have no honor or self-aggrandizement or appointment or official position or authority at all. And have compassion upon us and upon all Your people the House of Israel; and save us from all the false leaders and the false prominent ones who cause us what they cause — as You alone know; for through our many iniquities the holy honor has fallen and descended greatly; our honor has become abased among the nations and they despise us like a menstruous impurity. And the honor fell among the pagans and the wicked and the liars and the brazen-faced ones of the generation — who receive all the honor for themselves and distribute honor to themselves; while Your upright and truly righteous people Israel are left to shame and disgrace and mockery and scorn. Please Hashem — full of mercy; King of glory, Selah: have compassion and pity upon Your great and holy honor; and save our souls from them and from their multitude; and bring out the honor from among them; and raise up the honor from among the klippos ; and have compassion upon Your exiled glory whose honor and majesty has been brought low and has descended and deteriorated. For through our many iniquities You have hidden Your face from Your great honor; and Your glory and Your sovereignty has been distanced from You, as it were. And it descended and fell until all the honor reached the pagans and the wicked and the brazen-faced ones of the generation — who received all the honor to the strangers who have no share in holy intellect and holy countenance; they are the brazen-faced ones of the generation who are like a monkey in relation to a human. Compassionate One full of mercy — Compassionate One full of mercy — have compassion upon Your great and holy honor. And grant us merit and help us that we merit to raise up and return all the honor to holiness. And grant us merit through Your abundant mercies to multiply greatly in charity always — to give much charity to many fitting poor people in joy and goodness of heart in truth and great completeness as Your good will desires; in such a manner that we merit through the charity to draw the illumination of the face upon the holy honor. And may You bless all of us together in the light of Your face; and draw upon us Your abundant lovingkindnesses included in Your great Name; and illuminate upon us all the lovingkindnesses included in the five lovingkindnesses corresponding to the five times that charity [ tzedakah ] is mentioned in Your holy Torah. And may the verse be fulfilled in us: I in righteousness shall behold Your face — I shall be satisfied upon awaking with Your likeness [ Psalms 17:15 ]. And may we merit to raise up the honor and the sovereignty from tzedek [righteousness] to tzedakah [charity]. And help us and save us to bring out all the honor from the brazen-faced ones and to return all the honor to those who understand holy knowledge [ mevinnei mada dikdushah ]. And may all the greatness and honor be returned to us — to the true tzadikim of the generation and the truly upright ones of the generation who are called the face of the generation in truth. And therefore have compassion upon us and upon all Your people Israel; and may You make peace among all Your people Israel forever. And may You nullify all kinds of dispute from Your people Israel; and may there be no jealousy or hatred or contentiousness; and no quarrel or dispute upon Your people Israel who are upright and desire and yearn and long to serve You in truth; and in particular upon the true tzadikim and sages. For through our many iniquities dispute and controversy have greatly multiplied now among the Torah scholars; and there is no peace to those who go out and come in; and all the world is full of dispute — and this dispute harms us greatly in our true service of You, as You know. And in particular the immense dispute that constantly strengthens against those who are distant and come to return to You and to draw close to Your great Name and to serve You in truth — for many have risen against them and against those who labor to bring them close; groundlessly, for no reason.
ז אֲדָר
Please Hashem — full of mercy; Master of peace; King to Whom the peace belongs: save us from strife and dispute; and grant us merit to clear and clean intellect and da'as without any dross at all. And grant us that our mind be tranquil and settled; and may our mind not be confused at all. And may all the dross and extraneous matter in the mind be nullified; until we merit that our enemies and foes who suckle from our mind be nullified and perish and fall — for we have no knowledge of how to fight our enemies and our baseless pursuers; and how to conduct ourselves with them; for our intention is acceptable for the sake of Heaven and we desire to serve You in truth and to return to You in complete repentance speedily; and we desire no dispute whatsoever. Full of mercy — have compassion upon the poor of the flock; upon a drawn and plucked nation [ Isaiah 18:2 ]; a poor and destitute people: and have mercy and save and rescue those who are of weak strength such as these — from strife and dispute; for we have no one to lean upon save our Father in Heaven; upon You alone we have cast our burden; upon You alone we lean; to You our eyes are directed until You be gracious to us. And therefore have compassion upon us — Master full of mercy; and help and save Your people the House of Israel — that we all merit to give birth to and raise up the holy souls that are drawn to us at every time through the holy honor; that we merit to give birth to the souls with ease without any difficulty of birth at all; and may we merit to raise them with ease and in peace without any suffering in raising children at all. And may You pour upon us through Your abundant mercies fear and love; and may we merit to fear and to love Your Name in truth. And through this may You draw upon us the power of the holy supernal hands — the strong hand and the great hand. And through this may we merit to give birth to and raise up the soul with ease and in tranquility — without any difficulty of birth at all and without any suffering in raising children at all. And for those among Your people Israel who have suffering and afflictions from raising children, G‑d have compassion upon them — may You pour Your compassion and comfort them in their affliction; and may You help them to raise their children in holiness and purity in Torah and the fear of Heaven.
Please Hashem — Compassionate One full of mercy: You know the troubles and the pain of Your people Israel who have the affliction of raising children — G‑d have compassion upon them — who have already seen Your wonders; who have had taken from them the delight of their eyes and the burden of their souls: precious sons and daughters precious as fine gold; precious and beloved souls; souls of young children who nurse at the breast who have not sinned; babes weaned from milk who have not transgressed; pupils of the schoolroom whose breath sustains the world — for in their breath there is no sin; yet through our iniquities and the iniquities of their fathers, You have struck them. Master of the Universe — Master of the Universe — You know the severe pain and the anguish of these tender young children; and the pain and anguish of their father and mother and all their relatives and all who grieve in their trouble; for it is evil and bitter — for it reaches to the soul; they weep greatly and copiously; and their tears are upon their cheek. You are the G‑d who sees [ El Roi ] — Who sees the tears of these afflicted ones, and power is with their oppressors, yet they have no comforter [ Ecclesiastes 4:1 ]. Have compassion upon the boiling of their tears and their groaning — and say to their afflictions: Enough. And do not deal with them according to their sin and do not repay them according to their iniquities; for You, Hashem , are good and forgiving and of great lovingkindness to all who call upon You [ Psalms 86:5 ]. And You sustain the world through Your lovingkindnesses. And how many pagans and complete wicked people raise their children — for You desire the continuation of the world; and You do not desire the destruction of the world. Have compassion and mercy and pity upon the souls of Your people Israel and say to the angel: Hold back your hand [ II Samuel 24:16 ]; and his sword shall return to its scabbard. May Your mercies and Your graciousness be aroused with additional love and great compassion upon Your holy people Israel — and help and save and protect them that they all merit to raise all their sons and daughters with ease and in peace and in tranquility without any suffering at all; for Torah and marriage and good deeds — for long and good years; and may You draw upon them life and length of days and years from You from the Source of life. (And in particular for [ ploni ben plonis — the name of the person is inserted here].) Have compassion please, O congregation of the community of Yeshurun [ Kehilat Adat Yeshurun ] — forgive and pardon their iniquity; and save us, G‑d of our salvation; that all of us, we and all Your people the House of Israel, merit to raise all our sons and daughters with ease to long and good and peaceful life. And act for the sake of our fathers and for the sake of all the true tzadikim of every generation and of this generation; and have compassion and mercy and save and rescue the remaining remnant — the children already born and those yet to be born. And save them from the illnesses of measles [ mazelin ] and rashes [ ademet ] and chicken pox [ avva'avuos ruach ] and from all manner of illness and pain and ailment in the world; and strengthen them and heal them and give them life and cure them. And help the father and the mother that they merit to raise them with ease and to educate them in Your service and Your fear for long and good years; and may they merit to see from them children and children's children engaging in Torah and commandments for generations upon generations until the end of all generations — and may Your people the House of Israel multiply like the sand of the sea that cannot be measured or counted for its abundance. Have mercy, have mercy, O Father of mercy; Father of compassion; Father of graciousness; Father of lovingkindness. Have compassion please upon a mute dove like us this day; for there is no one to stand up for us save Your great Name that shall stand up for us in a time of distress. Have compassion upon us and upon all Israel through Your abundant mercies; and do not pour out Your wrath upon us — for Your Name is called upon us; do not forsake us and do not abandon us and do not leave us. Let Your innards churn and Your mercies be upon us; and do not turn to our wickedness; and do not hide Your face from us; and do not conceal Yourself from our supplication; may Your lovingkindness be to comfort us. Before we call You shall answer; before we speak You shall hear. O Merciful One Who answers the poor — answer us! O Merciful One Who answers the broken-hearted — answer us! O Merciful One Who answers the humble in spirit — answer us! O Merciful One — answer us! O Merciful One — have compassion! O Merciful One — redeem! O Merciful One — deliver! O Merciful One — have mercy upon us now, speedily, and imminently! Have compassion and pity and mercy upon us and fill our requests for good with compassion; and grant us merit to multiply in charity always to many fitting poor people truly as Your good will desires; and may we merit to give charity at the time of prayer when we recite the verse: And You rule over all [ I Chronicles 29:12 ]; until we merit to raise up the dominion and the honor and the sovereignty from the klipah ; to raise up and bring out and remove all the honor and the greatness and the dominion from the pagans and the wicked and the brazen-faced ones of the generation; and to return all the honor and the sovereignty to holiness; and the honor shall return to those who understand knowledge — to the true and holy tzadikim and sages of holiness. And may we merit to shatter the desire for eating and to draw the face upon the honor. And may You save us from strife and dispute always. And help us that many new holy souls come to us through the holy honor. And may we merit to fear and love in completeness. And through this may we merit to give birth to and raise up the soul without any difficulty of birth and without any suffering in raising children at all. Master of the Universe, G‑d of honor — Yours, Hashem , is the greatness and the might and the glory and the victory and the majesty [ I Chronicles 29:11 ]. And the wealth and the honor are from before You and You rule over all; and in Your hand is strength and might; and in Your hand it is to make great and to give strength to all [ I Chronicles 29:12 ]. Grant us merit to raise up all the honor to its root in holiness.

And therefore have compassion upon my very weary and very exhausted soul. And may You pour upon me cold waters to revive and to restore and to heal my very weary and very exhausted soul. For many days and years I have been praying without heart; and I have not merited to put all the concentration of my heart into the prayer; and my heart is far from the words of my prayer — and it is because of this very thing that my soul is very weary. Please through Your abundant mercies — grant me merit to repair this. Help me to pray with the concentration of the heart [ kavannas halev ]; that my mouth and my heart be equal during prayer; that I merit to put all the intentions of my heart and my da'as into the words of the prayer. And may my prayer be with great concentration; and may no word go out from my mouth without the concentration of the heart; and may the soul never be distanced from the honor forever.

And grant us merit to be careful about the honor of the elder who forgot his learning [ zakein she'shakach talmudo ] — to honor him and to revere him with all kinds of honor; until through this we merit to draw holy thunder [ re'amim dikdushah ]; and through this may all the clouds that cover the eyes [ annanin dimechasyann al einann ] be split and shattered. And may the holy knowledge [ da'as ] of the elders be revealed; and may great waters go forth from the waters of knowledge; and may the earth be filled with knowledge of Hashem as the waters cover the sea [ Isaiah 11:9 ]. And may You draw upon us the waters of knowledge from the holy elders; and may the waters of knowledge be distributed to each and every one according to his level as is truly proper for him. And may we merit to receive and to draw the waters of knowledge from the mouths of the holy elders themselves; until through this we merit to draw cold waters upon our very weary and exhausted souls. And may we merit to repair the blemish of prayer; and help us at every time to always pray with complete concentration of heart — with all our heart and all our soul and with all our might without any ulterior motives or alien thoughts at all; until we merit to feel all the words of prayer in all our bones — as it is written: All my bones shall say: Hashem , who is like You? [ Psalms 35:10 ]. And may all our bones be satiated through the words of prayer in complete concentration of heart in truth. Have compassion and pity and mercy upon me — may my soul be given to me in my request and my people in my petition. Be gracious to me, Hashem , for I am wretched; heal me, Hashem , for my bones are terrified; and my soul is very terrified; and You, Hashem — how long? Return, Hashem ; rescue my soul — save me for Your lovingkindness's sake [ Psalms 6:3–5 ]. He restores my soul; He guides me in paths of righteousness for His Name's sake [ Psalms 23:3 ]. Return, my soul, to your rest — for Hashem has dealt bountifully with you. For You have rescued my soul from death; my eye from tears; my foot from stumbling. I shall walk before Hashem in the lands of the living [ Psalms 116:7–9 ]. For You shall not abandon my soul to the grave — You shall not allow Your pious one to see the pit. Surely G‑d will redeem my soul from the hand of the grave; for He shall take me, Selah [ Psalms 16:10, 49:16 ]. Rock of the worlds, Master of all creatures, G‑d of all souls [ Numbers 27:16 ] — grant me merit to restore and revive and heal my very weary and exhausted soul — which is very far from prayer with concentration. Help me and save me and grant me merit to arouse myself and to strengthen myself and to fortify myself with all my might from now to pray with great concentration with all my soul and my heart in truth. To You, Hashem , I lift my soul [ Psalms 25:1 ]. To You, Hashem , I lift my soul . To You I lift my eyes — O You Who is enthroned in the heavens [ Psalms 123:1 ]. To You I stretch out my hands [ Psalms 143:6 ]. I spread out my hands all day; my soul is like a parched land to You, Selah [ Psalms 143:6 ]. Gladden the soul of Your servant — for to You, Hashem , I lift my soul [ Psalms 86:4 ]. Satiate me from Your goodness and gladden my soul through Your salvation; and purify my heart to serve You in truth. And may the verse be fulfilled in me: And my soul shall rejoice in Hashem ; it shall exult in His salvation. All my bones shall say: Hashem , who is like You — Who rescues the poor from one stronger than he; and the poor and the destitute from his robber? [ Psalms 35:9–10 ]. Why are you cast down, my soul, and why do you moan within me? Hope in G‑d — for I shall yet thank Him for the salvations of His presence; and my G‑d [ Psalms 42:6 ]. May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable before You — Hashem , my Rock and my Redeemer [ Psalms 19:15 ]. Blessed is Hashem G‑d, G‑d of Israel, Who alone does wondrous things. And blessed be His glorious Name forever; and may His glory fill all the earth — Amen and Amen [ Psalms 72:18–19 ]. May it be Your will, Hashem our G‑d and G‑d of our fathers — that You have compassion upon me through Your abundant mercies; and do good with me with Your true goodness; and save me and guard me always from the very severe iniquity of anger. For You know that this evil trait of anger and irritability took hold in us from our youth; and I have already been very habituated in this iniquity; and I have transgressed and repeated and tripled it many countless times — until it became like something permitted to me. And You know the immense severity of the blemishes I have blemished through this severe iniquity of anger — which is a foreign god, actual idolatry; as it is written: There shall be no foreign god within you; and you shall not bow to an alien god [ Psalms 81:10 ]. And through this the soul is literally torn apart — as it is written: One who tears his soul in his anger [ Job 18:4 ]. And all the other immense blemishes that are made through this in all the worlds — Hashem G‑d — You know. Yet through my many iniquities I know no way at all of how to save my soul from this severe iniquity in which I have become so very habituated. Master of the Universe, good and beneficent to all — have compassion and pity upon me; and teach me Your ways of goodness; in such a manner that I merit to hold fast to Your holy attributes: to always be good to all; and to completely shatter the attribute of anger and wrath and irritability — that there be no trace of anger in my heart whatsoever. And at every time that the evil inclination wishes to incite me to anger, G‑d forbid — may I merit to know and to believe with complete faith that at that very moment holy wealth is being poured to me [from above]; and the evil inclination wishes to ruin this pouring of wealth, G‑d forbid — and to transform it into anger; and to tear my soul apart, G‑d forbid, through this. And through this awareness may I merit to strengthen myself and to prevail — to shatter and nullify the anger completely and to transform the anger into compassion. And through this may I merit to great holy wealth — which is the root of souls; and may there be no power for the adversary to ruin the pouring of the wealth, G‑d forbid, through anger and wrath, G‑d forbid. Rather may we merit that the wall of wealth be drawn upon us — as it is written: A rich person's wealth is his strong city; and as a high wall in his own estimation [ Proverbs 18:11 ]. And the wall of wealth shall protect us and guard us from all manner of anger and wrath — for one who has no restraint over his spirit is like a breached city without a wall; as it is written: A breached city without a wall — a man who has no restraint over his spirit [ Proverbs 25:28 ].
יד לַחֹדֶשׁ
Master of the Universe — You know how much and how greatly I have lost without measure through anger; how many souls I have lost; how much holy wealth I have lost; how many worlds I have blemished through this. Master of the Universe — Master of the Universe: through the confusion and turbidity of my mind [ bilbul achirus da'asi ], the anger and the irritability are stirred and strengthened at every instance — until my heart becomes soured with great crookedness; and it confuses me very greatly and I do not know what to do. And through my many iniquities my mind is too short to arrange my prayer before You to save me from this severe and awesome iniquity — through which many people have been expelled from both worlds, G‑d have compassion, as You know. And I do not know what to say except: Save me! Save the King! Save me, my Father my Lord — my King and my G‑d! Grant me merit to shatter and nullify the attribute of anger completely from me. Grant me merit to holy wealth — which is the root of souls. Help me to shatter the desire for money in completeness; and may I not crave and not covet money at all; and all the more so may I not covet the money of others at all. Rather may I merit to crave for the root of the holy souls. And may I merit to honor the wealthy as Your good will desires; and all my love for the wealthy and all the honor that I distribute to them — all of it shall be for the sake of Heaven in truth; for the sake of the holiness of the root of souls that You pour upon them; from which they receive their wealth. And may I have no desire for material money at all — rather for Your Name and for Your remembrance shall my soul desire always. And therefore have compassion upon me through Your abundant mercies — and guard me and save me always from the severe iniquity of robbery [ gezelah ]; that I not rob my companion even the value of a perutah ; and may I not covet and not desire the house of my neighbor — his ox and his donkey; his manservant and his maidservant; his silver vessels and golden vessels; his ornaments and his garments and the vessels of his home and all that belongs to my neighbor — everything as it is; may I always be guarded not to desire any of them — neither the whole nor a part. Master of the Universe — You know how many souls have sunk in this iniquity of the desire for money; through which some of them fall into actual robberies and some of them into great lusts and desires for the money of their companions — which is also considered as actual robbery. Master of the Universe — guard me and save me from this. Guard my soul and save me from all manner of robberies: both from actual robberies — that I not rob my companion even the value of a perutah even unwittingly and in error; and may I merit to yield from my own; and also from robberies through coveting and desire, G‑d forbid — for through this one can rob as well, G‑d forbid; as You have made known to us through Your holy sages. Grant me merit to be saved from all of this; grant me merit that I be clean from all manner of robbery in the world. Help me not to look at all at what my companion has; and not to crave and not to covet what belongs to him at all. And save me and guard me through Your abundant mercies — that also no person in the world have any power to rob me at all: neither with hands nor through coveting. All the more so may he have no power to touch my soul, G‑d forbid; or the soul of my wife and my sons and daughters and those who come forth from my loins. Rather give strength to my soul and to all the souls dependent upon me; that we merit to prevail against all the robbers who stand against us like soul-murderers, G‑d forbid — to humble them and to cast them down to the dust; and to take back what they have swallowed; and may they have no power whatsoever to touch us or our money at all.
ח אֲדָר
And grant us merit to multiply in charity always; and through this may You give us expansiveness in all our dealings; and may You prepare our livelihoods for us before we need them; and may You give us great holy wealth — riches and honor and life. Master of the Universe — You know the lack of livelihood at this time when the bearer's strength has failed; for our lives hang in the balance; and we do not know any way of how to obtain livelihood; save upon You alone we lean — for from whom shall I ask for my bread and my livelihood and all my very many needs if not from You alone, Who sustains and supports from the horns of the great wild ox to the eggs of lice. Have compassion upon me and save me; and give me livelihood with expansiveness from beneath Your wide and full hand; and do not compel me to depend either upon the gifts of flesh and blood or upon their loans. And help me to clear all the debts I have owed for some time — and from now may You save me that I not come to any debt or loan at all. And be with me that I merit speedily to repair the blemish of all the robberies in my possession from all my days until this day. And may I merit to return all the robberies that I robbed, or the exploitation that I exploited — whether unwittingly or intentionally; whether under compulsion or willingly. And all manner of financial entanglements whereby some of my companion's money remained in my possession through some error or concealment from some transaction or debt or the like — whether I still remember it or whether it has been forgotten by me — all of it may I merit to clear and to pay back to their owners quickly and speedily. And may You pour upon me through Your mercies much money; in such a manner that I merit to discharge my obligation — to pay everyone whose money and possessions I have touched in any way at all in the world. And if, G‑d forbid, there is in my possession any robbery or debt of which I myself do not know to whom I robbed — help me through Your abundant mercies that I merit to use it for public needs [ tzorchei rabbim ]; as You have commanded us through Your holy sages; in such a manner that I merit speedily within my lifetime to repair and restore all the robberies and debts in my possession. For You know the gravity of the prohibition of robbery that is considered as if one has robbed one's own soul and the souls of one's sons and daughters; and as if one has come upon a married woman. Full of mercy — have compassion and pity upon my soul; and help me to repair the blemish of all the robberies and debts in my possession; and expand my hand; and help me and grant me merit to give much charity to many worthy poor people; in such a manner that I merit to repair through this the blemish of robberies in my possession — through coveting: that which I had coveted and desired from my companion until I robbed him through it. Please Hashem — grant me merit to repair this through charity. And therefore may it be Your will — full of mercy: that I merit to the repair of the holy bris [ tikkun habris ] in completeness; and may I merit to sanctify myself with what is permitted to me. And may You save me and guard me from the desire of immorality [ ta'avat mishgal ] and from the desire for money; and may You give me strength to shatter these desires completely. And may You guard me through Your abundant mercies — and save me from evil thoughts and evil imaginings; and may I merit that my mind and my da'as be clear and clean from all manner of evil imaginings and all manner of extraneous matter. And may You humble and cast down and nullify all my enemies and haters who rise against me baseless — for You know that those who hate me without cause have multiplied more than the hairs of my head; those who would destroy me are powerful; my enemies are false ones — that which I have not stolen must I now restore [ Psalms 69:5 ]. Master of the Universe — save me from them. Save me from my enemies, my G‑d; from those who rise against me may You set me on high [ Psalms 59:2 ]. O You Who sees the shame of the humiliated — see my affliction and my toil; see my enemies for they are many; and the hatred of violence with which they hate me [ Psalms 25:18–19 ]. Hashem — how numerous are my tormentors; many rise up against me. Many say of my soul: there is no salvation for him in G‑d, Selah [ Psalms 3:2–3 ]. Guard my soul and save me; let me not be shamed for I have taken shelter in You [ Psalms 25:20 ]. Help me; guard me and save me; save me always from strife and dispute; give me mercy and graciousness. Grant me merit that I find favor and good understanding in the eyes of G‑d and man [ Proverbs 3:4 ]; and may my words be heeded for Your service and Your fear. And have compassion upon us and grant us merit that we merit to find and to attain the gates of wisdom and knowledge that the tzadikim opened in the world through their great goodness — who condensed themselves and lowered themselves; and clothed their awesome intellect in many garments and contractions; until they opened for us gates of light, gates of wisdom and knowledge — through their Torah and their conversation that they revealed to us in their holy and very awesome books. Grant us merit that we merit to occupy ourselves with them all the days of our lives in such a manner that we merit to fulfill them in truth; and may we merit to learn and to teach, to guard and to do and to fulfill all the words of their Torah with love.

And grant us merit to fulfill the commandment of tefillin in completeness as is proper — in all its details and fine points and intentions and the six hundred and thirteen commandments dependent upon it — in great joy and very great and immense exultation. And may You pour and illuminate upon us the light of the tefillin and the holy straps from their supernal root; in such a manner that we merit to repair the blemish of all the robberies and the blemish of all the desire for money and all manner of blemish of the da'as and the mind — which is the totality of the holy Torah. All may we merit to repair through the holiness of the minds [ mochin ] and the holiness of the additional minds [ mosrei mochin ] that shall be drawn upon us through the holiness of the tefillin and the holy and awesome straps — that You grant us merit to fulfill in completeness in joy as Your good will desires. And guard us from all manner of evil imaginings and from all manner of evil thoughts; and from all manner of blemish of the da'as . And may we merit to study Torah in purity — in clean and clear and upright thoughts; without any admixture of dross and turbidity of da'as at all. And bring us our righteous Mashiach; and send us speedily Eliyahu the prophet to bring us good tidings; and may he rescue us from the lions' mouths; and may fathers and children rejoice together — speedily in our days. Amen — so may it be Your will. Draw me after You — let us run [ Song of Songs 1:4 ]. Your great and holy honor — awake and rouse Yourself. Master of the Universe — King of glory; Whose glory fills all the earth: through Your great lovingkindness You gave us true tzadikim in every generation; with whom Your great and holy glory dwells. And through Your abundant mercies You have made known to us that no generation is orphaned [ ein dor yasom ]. And even in these generations You have wondrously bestowed Your lovingkindness upon us and given us great and awesome true tzadikim — holy and awesome is their name; with whom all the holy honor dwells. For they are the aspect of the Tabernacle of Your glory [ mishkan kevodecha ] — upon whom the holiness of the Shechinah of Your G‑dliness is drawn and dwells always. For they are truly humble ones who make themselves like dust; upon whom the entire creation with all its particulars — everything absolutely — stands; and everything is drawn from them. For they are the tzadikim who are the foundations of the world [ tzadikei yesodei olam ] who are the foundation of all creation; and all need to be drawn toward them to receive life-force and sustenance from them. For upon them everything stands; and all Israel are all branches from them; and are drawn toward them and receive all their life-force and abundance from them; for they give life to all. And they have a great and awesome drawing power [ koach hamoshech ] — to draw G‑dliness toward themselves and to draw all people of the world toward themselves; to bring them all close to You, blessed forever.
Master of the Universe — Master of the Universe — Hashem G‑d of truth. You know these true tzadikim who have this power. You know their greatness and their might and their splendor and their eternal power. And the immensity of their power to draw to themselves and to their holy Torah and their ways and their wondrous counsels — the entire world. And how many good things would have grown from this forever; for the rectification of all the worlds and the complete redemption that is destined to come — all of it is dependent upon this; for the coming of Mashiach depends upon drawing close to the tzadikim . But You know, Master of the entire world — the great immensity and multitude of the compelling forces [ kochos hamakri'achim ] that repel from drawing close to the tzadikim with all their power; for the compelling force [ koach hamakri'ach ] constantly strengthens at every time to interrupt and to distance from the tzadikim . Master of the Universe — Hashem the Man of war [ Exodus 15:3 ]; lofty and holy; Performer of mighty deeds; Maker of new things; Master of battles: You know all the intensity of this great and awesome war that exists at every time in every generation — between the drawing power of the true tzadikim who have the power to draw all the world toward themselves and to bring them close to the Creator blessed be His Name forever; and between the compelling force [ koach hamakri'ach ] that constantly strengthens against the drawing power — to interrupt and to distance from the tzadikim and from the blessed Name; and how many very many souls have sunk in this war — who were expelled from both worlds through the compelling force that interrupted them and distanced them from the true tzadikim . And we are orphans of orphans [ yatmei d'yatmei ] — what shall we do and what shall we accomplish? Who shall fight for us — to humble and to shatter and to nullify the compelling force against the drawing power of the tzadikim ? Master of the Universe — Hashem the Mighty and Strong; Hashem the mighty in battle [ Psalms 24:8 ]: upon You we have cast our burden that You shall battle for us; Hashem shall contend for our contention and battle our fighters; for You are exalted forever, Hashem ; and Your hand is always upon the upper. Have compassion and be gracious to us and have mercy upon us and help us and save us in the merit of the true tzadikim who truly have the drawing power; that the drawing power prevail with great and awesome strength over the compelling force that interrupts; until the compelling force that wishes to interrupt from the tzadikim and from the blessed Name — G‑d forbid — fall and be nullified. For they [the compelling forces] are the totality of all the impediments and distancings and enticings and temptings and doubts and all manner of disputes and questions and all the evil desires and evil traits and all manner of impediments in the world — for they all flow from the compelling force that wishes to interrupt from the tzadikim and from the blessed Name. And all of them shall fall and be completely nullified before the drawing power of the true tzadikim ; until we, and our offspring, and all the offspring of Your people the House of Israel, and the entire world — all merit to be always drawn and attached after the true tzadikim ; and all shall cast away their idols of silver and their idols of gold and all their desires; and they shall go and run after the true tzadikim . And all of us shall merit to draw close to the true tzadikim with great closeness; and to hear their holy Torah and to study their holy books; and to fulfill all their words and counsels and holy conversations in completeness truly and wholeheartedly as Your will and their holy will desires; until through this we merit to return to You in complete repentance speedily in truth and with a whole heart — in joy and in goodness of heart from an abundance of all good.
And grant us merit to shatter and nullify all evil desires and all evil traits; and may we merit to nullify ourselves completely; until we merit to true and genuine humility in the very aspect of actual dust [ anavah amitis biv'chinas afar mamash ]; until we merit that we also have the drawing power [ koach hamoshech ]. And may we merit to draw Your G‑dliness and Your holiness toward us; and to draw the entire world toward Your holy faith and toward Your true tzadikim and toward Your service and toward Your holy Torah; which You revealed to us through Moshe Your prophet and through all the true tzadikim of the generation. And grant us merit through Your abundant mercies to give much charity to many worthy poor people — and in particular to the true tzadikim and to the children of the tzadikim . And help us and save us that we merit to give to them with great honor and to supply all their needs with honor. And give us success that we merit to give all our charities to the true tzadikim who are truly humble in the aspect of dust; and through this may we merit that our charity immediately bear fruit — as it is written: Sow for yourselves righteousness; reap according to lovingkindness [ Hosea 10:12 ]. And may You cause to grow for us through the charity all goodness — an abundance of goodness and blessing and mercy and life and peace; children, life and sustenance [ banei chayyei umzonei ] and all good forever. And through Your abundant mercies — guard us and save us that we never stumble in unworthy poor people. And arrange through Your mercies that our charities not reach any unworthy poor person; rather may we merit to multiply in charity to worthy poor people and to true tzadikim . Help us for Your Name's sake — have compassion upon us according to the abundance of Your mercies; and grant us merit to come to all of this speedily. And help us and grant us merit to flee from honor in the ultimate truth; and may You draw upon us holy honor [ kavod dikdushah ] for the sake of Your Name in truth — the honor drawn from the true tzadik who has the drawing power; who constantly erects the Tabernacle; and with whom all the true holy honor dwells; through whom all the elders of Israel and its chiefs and its officers and its judges — from the smallest to the greatest — all receive all their honor and their greatness. Grant us merit to such holy honor — through which Your great honor shall be revealed and shall grow and be sanctified in the world always; and You shall reign over the entire world in Your glory speedily; and Your glory shall fill all the earth. And may the verse be fulfilled: I am Hashem — that is My Name; and My glory I shall not give to another; nor My praise to the carved idols [ Isaiah 42:8 ]. And it is written: Declare His glory among the nations; His wonders among all peoples [ Psalms 96:3 ]. The glory of Your Kingdom they shall speak of; and of Your might they shall tell [ Psalms 145:11 ]. Blessed is Hashem G‑d, G‑d of Israel, Who alone does wondrous things. And blessed be His glorious Name forever; and may His glory fill all the earth — Amen and Amen [ Psalms 72:18–19 ].
