ב. אַל תְּהִי בִּרְכַּת גּוֹי קַלָּה בְּעֵינֶיךָ.

The one who is blessed should give the one who blessed him a gift.
4
א. הַמִּתְבָּרֵךְ צָרִיךְ לִתֵּן לַמְבָרֵךְ אֵיזֶה מַתָּנָה. ג. מִי שֶׁמְּקָרֵב אֶת הָרְחוֹקִים לַעֲבוֹדַת הַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרַךְ הַבְּרָכוֹת מְסוּרִים בְּיָדוֹ.

The one who is blessed should give the one who blessed him a gift. The blessing of a non-Jew should not be insignificant in your eyes. One who brings those who are far, close to the service of the Blessed L-rd, the blessings are given over to his hands. is empowered to grant blessings.
