Afterward I ate the midday meal at Rabbi Avraham's house. And all our anshei sh'lomaynu traveled home. Among our people there was a young man who was there for the first time — and he was Rabbi Chaim Nachum son of Rabbi Shmuel of Zorin. He was a widower who had divorced his wife. And he had come to my house two months before Chanukah. And I drew him very close because of the love of his father — who was one of our anshei sh'lomaynu. And I had very much wished to make a match for him. But it had not come about.
