Breslov teachings for Kabbalas HaTorah — receiving the Torah anew
Shavuos is the fiftieth day — the completion of the Omer and the moment of Kabbalas HaTorah. Rabbi Nosson teaches that Shavuos is called Atzeres, gathering, because Torah is received when the scattered points of good, desire, and holy souls are assembled into one heart.
וַיִּחַן שָׁם יִשְׂרָאֵל נֶגֶד הָהָר — כאיש אחד בלב אחד.

ספירת העומר
The barley Omer lifts even low, animalistic desires. Counting means not letting any day, spark, or soul be lost.
נעורים בלילה
The all-night learning hints to the open eye of hashgachah — “the eye that does not sleep” — awakened by Torah.
יין וחלב
The custom of dairy is tied to Torah as milk and wine: nourishment, sweetness, and the clear white light of divine watchfulness.
